Human Resources
The Human Resources division supports all Nunatsiavut government departments, agencies and community government with recruitment, planning, setting policies, relocation, job evaluation, training and development, union negotiations, employee relations and other work.
The Nunatsiavut civil service includes close to three hundred employees. Well on its way to maximizing employment of Labrador Inuit, about eighty percent of current employees are beneficiaries.
