All matters dealing with eligibility and enrolment are managed by the Registrar of Beneficiaries and the Office of Registry in Nain. There are four regional Membership Committees that meet monthly to approve or disapprove the applications for membership. The regions include: Nain and north of Nain, Hopedale, Makkovik and Postville, and Rigolet and Upper Lake Melville. There is also one Appeals Board that is responsible for reviewing an application, if the applicant decides to appeal a decision.
